We love our school uniform: it makes us look smart and think smart!
The school uniform consists of a royal blue sweatshirt; sky blue polo shirt; grey or back trousers or skirt and black shoes. We strongly recommend that pupils names are written inside their uniform-particularly jumpers and cardigans.
Our agreed Uniform Policy includes the following…
No jewellery apart from stud earrings.
Girls’ hair should be tightly secured and any hair decoration should be in school colours.
No nail varnish or make up.
Boys’ hair should be traditionally cut with no tramlines, patterns or ponytails.
Our current uniform items and their prices are as follows…
We do not insist that pupils wear the embroidered items of uniform. Parents are welcome to use uniform from high street chains and supermarkets so long as they match the school’s colour scheme.
Pupils are expected to change out of uniform for P.E. lessons. The school’s P.E. uniform consists of a sky blue t-shirt and white shorts. This can be ordered from the school office. Younger pupils are encouraged to wear black slip-on pumps for P.E lessons. Older pupils may wear trainers (no black soles) which must not be the ones worn outside. There are times when pupils will be expected to take part in P.E with bare feet (eg. gymnastics).
Pupils are expected to take part in P.E lessons unless they have a letter signed by a parent or carer stating why they are unable to participate.
